VisaReady is run by Stayvenia OÜ, registry code 17583508, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. Using this site means these terms apply. They are written plainly; if anything is unclear, ask us before you pay and we will answer in writing.

What we sell

The readiness check is free. It scores the answers you give and shows what tends to weigh for and against applicants in your situation.

The Readiness Roadmap costs €29. It is a written, personal plan built from your check answers: what to strengthen, in what order, and what realistically cannot be changed before you apply. It is delivered as a private link, immediately, and emailed to you as well.

Application support is a separate, priced service agreed with you in writing before any work starts.

What we are not

We are not lawyers and we do not give legal or immigration advice. We are not affiliated with the U.S. government, any embassy or consulate, and we cannot contact them on your behalf. Nobody can guarantee a visa — the consular officer decides, and no service, including ours, changes that.

We do not submit visa applications for you. You file your own application, in your own name, and everything you submit remains your responsibility.

Honest information both ways

Your roadmap is only as good as your answers. If you tell us something inaccurate, the plan will be wrong, and that is not a fault we can fix or refund.

In return we will not tell you what you want to hear. If your profile is weak, the roadmap will say so, and it may tell you that applying now is a poor idea.

Payment

Prices are in euro and include any tax that applies. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your statement will show STAYVENIA.

Delivery, and your right to cancel

The roadmap is digital and reaches you immediately after payment. Because of that, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want it straight away and that you understand you are giving up the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers normally have for online purchases. We record that confirmation with the payment.

If you would rather keep the 14-day right, do not tick that box — write to us instead and we will arrange delivery after the period ends.

Using your roadmap

Your roadmap is yours: keep it, print it, show it to whoever you like. Please do not resell it or publish it as your own work.

The link is personal to you. Links are signed, and a link that has been altered will not open.

When we may decline

We may refuse or stop serving anyone asking us to help misrepresent facts to a consulate. We will refund anything paid in that case. We would rather lose the sale.

If something goes wrong

If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we will fix it or refund it. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid us. We are not responsible for a visa refusal, for embassy fees, travel costs, or lost time — outcomes we do not control.

Law

Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live — including, for customers in Malta and elsewhere in the EU, your rights under national consumer law.
